The background to
Sarah painting these images is that she travels to Asian countries
with her backpack and camera okus sketch pad. She takes hundreds
of photo's and sketches, lives, eats and shares the locals lives.
When she has breathed in enough of the atmosphere Sarah returns
to Sydney and her studio where she paints up a storm. Sarah
has painted Africa, Outback Australia, India, and Vietnam in
this fashion. Sarah has enjoyed sell out exhibitions in Hong
Kong for the last six years and has a faithful following in
Asia. A beautiful individual inside and out Sarah becomes a
friend to all that purchase her art, they feel they have bought
a small piece of Sarah as well. Her work is joy to behold, her
colors are vibrant, the acrylic paint literally jumps from the
canvas. |
