ZhengMing Chi was born in Shanghai in 1960 and graduated from the oil painting department of the East China Normal University. Now he is a member of the Shanghai Artists Association, the Chinese Watercolor Association, a member of the Shanghai Watercolor Painting Study Association, and a painter at the Shanghai Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute. |
